We have operated with compassion at the core of our mission which has enabled TWC to fund programs for low income and terminally ill patients. Tahoe Wellness Center also funds a community center which has free services that are open to the greater community of Lake Tahoe. Our mission is to show that cannabis is a positive part of a community and when embraced by society it creates far more good than harm, proving what is a decades long failed policy of criminalizing cannabis."

It's always a pleasure to stop by get get what I need for my dog. I drive up from Reno, since nobody in town carries CBD for dogs.
Tahoe Wellness is the only place where I can get Vet CBD for my senior dog with arthritis.
They all have seen photos of him by now, and are truly happy that the product works so well for him. Very nice place to shop, highly recommend!

Such a huge range of prices for any and all budgets, and the widest selection of products by FAR in town! I have always and will always be drawn back to the local, OG shop; health, happiness-Tahoe Wellness Center!!
