We have operated with compassion at the core of our mission which has enabled TWC to fund programs for low income and terminally ill patients. Tahoe Wellness Center also funds a community center which has free services that are open to the greater community of Lake Tahoe. Our mission is to show that cannabis is a positive part of a community and when embraced by society it creates far more good than harm, proving what is a decades long failed policy of criminalizing cannabis."

Very reassuring that everyone here is so welcoming and helpful, not to mention knowledgeable and carful to wear masks and set up social distancing during g the current pandemic. Last I was In I was greeted at the door and signed in by a very pleasant man. I went to the counter and was greeted by an awesome guy who helped me beyond measure by taking the time to listen to me and help me get just what I needed to combat a medicine I take the keeps me up at night, unable to sleep. He turned me on to a tincture that will do the job. He shoes compassion and took great care to assist me and get me the right thing. I’ll be going back again and again!

Best In The Basin
If you are coming from Sacramento or the Bay area, you are better off stocking up before you come. You will find the same products at better prices. However, if you are in the area looking for a dispensary, look no further-Tahoe Wellness is the best in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
Each time I buy here I check the competitors and I have never ended up going anywhere else. By far the biggest selection at the best prices. Highly recomended.

They're not the only game in town any more but they're still my favorite. Lots of variety, daily specials and friendly staff. I wish there was more variety in the 14gram and up of flower but that's true of every place in town.
