We have operated with compassion at the core of our mission which has enabled TWC to fund programs for low income and terminally ill patients. Tahoe Wellness Center also funds a community center which has free services that are open to the greater community of Lake Tahoe. Our mission is to show that cannabis is a positive part of a community and when embraced by society it creates far more good than harm, proving what is a decades long failed policy of criminalizing cannabis."

With over 10 years of service in South Lake , Tahoe Wellness is without a doubt the best dispensary in town. With their amazing knowledgeable staff the best product selection and pricing you won’t be disappointed. At TWC they go above and beyond to consider the environment and are a 1% for the planet so when purchasing your cannabis there you are giving back to some amazing causes. There are also daily and weekly specials that are some awesome deals.
I would 100% recommended not wasting your time or money anywhere else and just go straight to TWC for all you cannabis needs.

Store is a conflict of interest. The owner is on city council and makes decisions about other weed stores in SLT. Stayed open during quarantine while ordering other business to close. So what if he paid the fine- when your the only store open $1000 is nothing. Owner has no respect for tourist- even though some tourist are not on their best behavior, someone in his position should realize how important tourist are to the area.

They have been clean, friendly, helpful from the start. However, during the pandemic they have really gone above & beyond! I’m grateful to have them as my local dispensary.
The bus tenders and security have been stellar!
