We have operated with compassion at the core of our mission which has enabled TWC to fund programs for low income and terminally ill patients. Tahoe Wellness Center also funds a community center which has free services that are open to the greater community of Lake Tahoe. Our mission is to show that cannabis is a positive part of a community and when embraced by society it creates far more good than harm, proving what is a decades long failed policy of criminalizing cannabis."

This is the best weed store on the south shore! Best customer service, knowledgeable staff. Best selection and quality in town. After trying them all, this is the only shop I go to anymore. The other shops in town seem geared towards tourists with money to burn. They have high prices, low selection and goofy budtenders. Do your head a favor and hit up Tahoe Wellness Center!

The most knowledgeable bud-tenders and friendly staff! By far the best selection around from all over CA. When something hot hits the shelf I can usually trust TWC to provide it. New customers get a doobie for a penny and there seem to be some awesome promotional deals going on whenever I go in, lots of cool incentives for newbies and return customers! On top of that they grow their own top shelf herb in the same building, it is clear they know what they are doing! Absolutely the best dispensary and wellness center in the Sierra, and the only place to find Tahoe herbs!
