We have operated with compassion at the core of our mission which has enabled TWC to fund programs for low income and terminally ill patients. Tahoe Wellness Center also funds a community center which has free services that are open to the greater community of Lake Tahoe. Our mission is to show that cannabis is a positive part of a community and when embraced by society it creates far more good than harm, proving what is a decades long failed policy of criminalizing cannabis."

Knowledge staff, extensive selection, especially among concrentrates, 710 labs Percy Sauce, Lowell Farms Live Rosin, Hella Dank 5 star ice water hash, all fire. Shout out to George! I'd say the 710 labs percy sauce is a hard sell at 142/g. But nice to treat yo self every once in a while. Thanks for the penny preroll! Cheers!

I have a legit Rx and the bozos wouldn’t let me in because my doctor didn’t answer the phone to verify the document. I’ve never has this issue anywhere else! What doctor ever answers the phone?!? Best to avoid this place and bring your stash with you!

I love that it is recreational up on the mountain now. With visionary art on the walls and a nice little chill area the dispensary definitely has a vibe all it's own. Selection is ehhh but after bring medicinal only they are doing a great job at getting stocked and getting used to the recreational buyer traffic with a nice staff. Hopefully they will keep it up and have a wide selection soon enough to satisfy the summer crowds.
I got fuzzy prerolls, 4 horsemen and then some so ended up with a little variety anyway.

Just don't go here. The prices are inflated because it's the only place in town. Another fun fact, the owner has been charged with felony tax evasion several times. He also circulated a petition to restrict any new cannabis businesses from coming to town. To me, it's very disappointing and extremely unprofessional. The purpose is purely monetary, not the medicine.
