We have operated with compassion at the core of our mission which has enabled TWC to fund programs for low income and terminally ill patients. Tahoe Wellness Center also funds a community center which has free services that are open to the greater community of Lake Tahoe. We were visiting from a non legal state. I had a pretty good idea what I wanted. My wife who has never used cannabis was looking for something that would help with her health. Our host MJ was able to help us both out with great information and guidance. We both received a 10% discount and a $1 preroll for being first time visitors. Tahoe Wellness Center was recommended to us by the folks at Three Nations Cannabis in Reno.

I always hit up Tahoe Wellness Center when I’m in South Lake Tahoe. Staff is chill and always answer my questions. I must’ve visited like 3 times on this 4th of July weekend! Best shop in town in my honest opinion. Now I’m back in Vegas see y’all in a few months
