We have operated with compassion at the core of our mission which has enabled TWC to fund programs for low income and terminally ill patients. Tahoe Wellness Center also funds a community center which has free services that are open to the greater community of Lake Tahoe. Our mission is to show that cannabis is a positive part of a community and when embraced by society it creates far more good than harm, proving what is a decades long failed policy of criminalizing cannabis."

This shop is awesome! Definitely my go-to for my 420 needs. The selection is huge and the prices are great. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The express order makes it super easy to get in and out when Im short on time. I will always choose TWC over any other dispensary in Tahoe.

The people were friendly and all but I won't be back. The bud is overpriced, prepackaged and so dry it just crumbles. As far as potency, I was far from impressed. I've had home grown reggie that puts this " Top shelf Cali bud" to shame.

Great place! This was our first experience shopping at the TWC and we were very impressed! In these times of COVID 19 the staff keep things safe, cleaning surfaces after every customer and insuring that people adhered to social distancing policies. And the best part...they had everything we were looking for in stock! Very friendly and knowledable staff too! Just a great experience! Thanks...we’ll be back!
