I stopped by Mr. Nice guy today as I am a beginner with hookah. Kyle W explained every single detail about what I needed, and even gave me a bundle deal. He was so nice the whole time and didn’t get annoyed with my many questions. Everyone was very enthusiastic when we came in, and made it welcoming. Dani was super sweet too. I’ll definitely be shopping here more now!

Kyle W., Skylar, Paige and Kate made our experience delightful! Everyone was super knowledgeable. They shared their knowledge with my 64 yr old mother and really helped her understand the benefits of every product. They were wonderful to work with and made our experience at the store easy and inviting. I'm looking forward to coming again! Thanks Mr. Nice Guy's for being such a welcoming experience. Dani and Kate are the best! Helped me in every way I could imagine. Gave me a lot of knowledge about product I dont use but interested. With the knowledge they know and how well there customer service is they sure do need raises. They went above and beyond. Was alittle crowded last time. Would be nice if there was a cash register on both side to help multi customers. Thank you very much dani and Kate will be seeing you soon!!

I came into the shop for the first time on Thursday 4/22. The clean and organized shop is full of a wide variety of beautiful products. Shy helped my sister and me out, and she remembered my sister from the last time she was there which was a couple months ago. If you've got a question about products in that store, she has a detailed and passionate way of sharing her knowledge. Shy's product knowledge made me feel super comfortable buying anything.
