The staff here were amazing. Ended up checking them out purely because the power was out in Quincy and Consume was closed and it was a great accident. The store was very nice and modern on the inside, the people helping me (in particular I think he said his name was Red?) were super knowledgeable and friendly and the whole experience was pleasant. The only downside is that I felt their prices were steep. Even with a 30% discount that I really appreciated being offered, it felt like I was paying a lot for a small amount in terms of grams. Would go back, but might be more careful about my selections in the future to try and get a better "bang" for a my buck as they say.

Lume is one of my favorite businesses to deal with. The entirety of the staff is very helpful and friendly. They always look out for your best interest and help you get more while also saving more! While on my most recent trip an employee, Jonathan, helped me with my order. The bubbly and friendly personality of his definitely made this one of the most memorable visits. He also helped me save almost 1/4 of my total bill by the end. A true hero.

I've always had a great experience at Lume and continue to come back even though we have dozens of other dispensaries in the area. I am always in and out in a matter of minutes (this probably differs if you need to shop, look, ask questions, etc), and everyone I've interacted with has always been welcoming and kind. Wish I could remember the names of all the people I love, but James, Mae, Parker, and Lara (yes, my name twin, and they always remember me too!) Great dispensary, but specifically for the great customer service and positive interactions with staff!
