I only had one issue there involving a security and a female employee wanting to flirt vs helping people. Other than that I have had no issues. Great products. Even when super busy the employees are very nice and generally calm.

This was my first time at Lume and I couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience. Everyone working there were really welcoming and my bud tender John helped me choose some great weed. I love Uncle Bruce! 😂 can’t wait to come back!

The loyalty program is absolutely worth it! This dispensary is clean, clients are spaced out, and ordering is super easy online. This is my favorite spot for rewards deals!

Hands down the best place in town! The guide was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly and the gentleman at the register really showed that he wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and I was a dollar short and another employee gave me a dollar so I didn’t have to deal with ATM fees. Great deal, and great experience overall. Will be returning and telling friends!

I’ve been a customer for a few months and have had such an easy time with everything. The website (was) easy to navigate and order pick-up was such an easy process. The products are great — and the prices are completely fair. I also highly enjoy the branding and packaging! I have nothing but great things to say.

I would give this a 5-star review, but the website has changed and it has made the process difficult. For one, the website is very fidgety and I have a hard time pressing things as the screen randomly jumps up or down. Also, it does not state whether the strain is indica/sativa/hybrid — which is pretty crucial in deciding what to order. Finding a store is also hard as it requires you to input your zip code — which is a hassle if you live outside of Michigan (hehe). It was much simpler when the website had you pick a store from the drop-down option. Overall, the layout just isn’t the best and I highly prefer the layout of the previous website.

Initially was a good place to go for what you want or need. First place I started to go to. Not so much after going and trying it for a year or so. Most of the people that tried to help with what I specifically needed had no idea about what they were trying to sell. I’d go in knowing exactly what certain strains were only to find the people selling the product had no idea what I was even asking or what would help with what. Or even know what there hybrid strains were more dominant in. Seems like they just want to get you in and out and make there money. Aren’t they supposed to be knowledgeable and helpful in finding what you need specifically? At least part of what they do? Not helpful or personable much. Sometimes takes 20 to 30 minutes for there curbside delivery as well as don’t pay attention to who is even out there waiting for there curbside delivery unless you’re in the few spots they have dedicated to that. If it’s super busy sometimes you have to park further down but they don’t come check that at all. I shouldn’t have to move into those few spots to get my curbside delivery when it’s crazy busy. I’ve been plenty of times where I along with 2 or 3 other people just finally gave up and went inside to get there curbside delivery. As I said before it was convenient to go at first when recreational went fully legal. But not so much now that there are many other places that are much more helpful and knowledgeable for what you need.
