The girl there w the puff had iffy service. I preordered this morning and had a question on a different product when I came in and she was not trying to help me even though she was on the floor and that’s literally her job. The cashier was nice though and ended up helping me out. Good weed deals! 👌🏽

This place is great the best dispensary that I have ever been to. Extremely clean, organized, and friendly. Worked with Rachel and was very pleased. She was very knowledgeable about the products and made some great recommendations. The prices are also fantastic cheapest around without a cut in quality. Bonus the accept debit cards and have a rewards program

Great experience at the Escanaba location. Good quality product, but wish the prices were better. 60$ for a 1gram cartridge at Lume, 45$ for 1gram cartridge at Fire Station 10 minutes away.

Have been shopping here since they opened. Supply issues at first but they seem resolved. Prices on the slightly high side of the market, no pun intended. Everyone has been super friendly except today. Today I was told "you can't be in here."
Not going back. There are places with better prices and believe it or not even friendlier staff who won't make me feel like I am trespassing and my business isn't wanted.
Response to reply: covid has nothing to do with the way I was spoken to when looking at the menu board while they were nowhere near capacity. It has to do with staff being rude. This non response insures that I will not be back.

Normally the best prices and service in Kalamazoo. Do yourself a favor and go in to get your product though. Usually in and out in less than 20 minutes but both curbside pickups took more than an hour. When we asked what took so long we were told curbside was always busy. Which is fine except when we go in the employees recommend we use curbside to avoid the "wait"
We're regulars so if they stop being extremely slow sometimes easy 5 star

Place is over priced. They have a loyalty system that you can take advantage of, if you are one of the privileged few they tell about it. I spent a few hundred dollars and have no loyalty points only because I found out to late. Couldn't even give me a free pre-roll for their lack of communication, just an apology.😡
