Completely and totally satisfied. LUME (K-Zoo) is the cannabis company I’ve been looking for. Professional, courteous and attentive. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by friendly employees eager to make me feel at home.
A straightforward check-in process later, I was on a brief tour of the facility. It's an attractive space, not crammed or shady in the least. (Think Malibu sheik, minus the snobbery. Add tons of charm, style and high dose chill... you have LUME.)
I met with JESSICA who started by getting to know me and my specific needs in regards to the medication, establishing an easy-going “here to help, not to push” vibe. Jess gave me the knowledge and terminology I needed, educating me with respect and patience, no pretension or nonsense. Pro. If she didn't know for sure, we looked it up on her tablet. It's an apple store but WAY more doper.
Long story long, I’m enlightened. I walked out knowing much more then when I walked in. LUME is BA. The merch is super sweet (I want all of it now) The employees have genuine erudition and passion for what they do and now... the pièce de résistance... MY life is that much easier. A vital but sometimes awkward activity is now simple and fun for me. Win-Win. BIG Win-Win.

Product is great. Sitting for 30 min in the parking lot and not answering the phone or waiting on me for my curbside pickup wasn't so great. More communication via text and email as to your curbside delivery/pickup and faster would allow for 5 stars

So slow every time I come here it’s like the most slowest people in the world doing everything. Some people want curbside to get out of here faster my god. Shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get something regardless of how many orders there are.

Love love love lume on stadium drive! The workers have the best attitudes and are always super nice even if it’s raining and they’re doing curbside. Mike was my last budtender and he was phenomenal he was super funny and quick for my curbside order! Will always reccomend coming here!

Between the one off attitudes and having the staff slam the door in my face, forcing me to block it with my damaged side from hitting myself and my service animal on our way out, would not recommend. 2\10

Very dissatisfied with this company and management. Had a crucial issue and the way it was handled it was almost implied it was my fault. I was spoke down on, told to “listen to me”, and basically anything but what a management team should say to a customer even when frustration is shown. It’s evident all your management cares about is money and their egos!

Very clean, organized, and visually attractive storefront. Waiting took next to no time at all, even when they were busy. The prices were a bit higher than other locations, but the experienced and knowledgable staff made up for it. Definitely going again.
