I have been waiting for 30 minutes in curbside pickup. Probably will have to wait 30 more as I think the staff is trying to wait me out.
I am the only car in those curbside pickup slots. This Lume has the worst curbside service in the entire city of Kalamazoo. I would not recommend unless you have an hour to shop.

Fantastic customer service, knowledgeable staff. I’ve never had a bad experience here! The only reason I’m writing this review is because of today though. Had a staff member call me about my delivery order, and I asked her if I could tip my driver on my card when it gets here. She told me as of yesterday that’s no longer an option….. what?!? I just went to my local grocery store, bought a bag of chips and pulled out cash. Whoever’s bright idea it was to take away the option to tip the employee that’s doing the job that pays them, shouldn’t be employed. Don’t bite the hand that feeds you.
