If your in the kalamazoo area and looking for a provisioning center Lume isn't a bad choice. However, its not my first choice as their name brand product is just okay. Its not on the level you would expect at its price point - mids/b- quality. The service is efficient, other non lume products available but i would go to The Refinery for sure if its flower your looking for! I bought some wedding cake from lume and some from the refinery way different qualities at a barley noticeable price difference. Lume = coorporate mid grade

Heavy scent of rubbing alcohol fron cleaning made me sick and reminded me of chemo, almost had to leave lol . Liked the layout and prices, may try again to see if it was just a bad time.

I had went there after calling for an hour. They had 2 security guards outside controlling who went in. They said face mask are required. So when I went in there was 1 person waiting and 1 person ahead of me checking in. They had told me when I went in i would be the next person back. They had called 2 other people back and then they came out
to get the 3rd person and they all of a sudden 3 people go back at the same time. One of them not even wearing a mask. I went up to the window to ask why they all just went a head of me. Nobody was at the front deskfor 5 min. Finally I just walked out and told the security guard there is nobody at front desk. There was just 5 people went back when I was told I would be next after one more person. This place has some major issues. I don't recommend anyone go here. There service is bag and most of the flower is like dust. They have to have security with guns. Don't make a person feel very welcome. You really don't talk to the staff that works there.

Since marijuana has been legalized in Michigan I have been to many dispensaries. I would rate lume as number one! They are very busy and you may have to wait in line to purchase your items. I would suggest online ordering! You don't have to wait in line, you go to the head of the line and you pay for your order which is already pre-packaged, it's very quick and efficient. Some people have complained about the variety and amount of flower and products. They service both recreational and medical users. Right now the recreational use is in such high demand that is hard to keep all products stocked. That is why if you go online and place your order you will have your best chances of getting the products that you want before they run out. I believe once marijuana is federally legalized that this problem will be alleviated! The staff is always friendly and very accommodating and knowledgeable. Please it is required to wear a mask during these times, it just helps all of the customers and staff stay safe. It is not infringing on your personal rights of free will. Please think about this when you go out in public right now; you cannot light a cigarette up in a Restaurant, bar, gas station, or retail shop. So just wear a mask and be nice to everybody! Once again I would rate loan as the top dispensary in Southwest Michigan please try this out and go there yourself and I'm sure you will be impressed!

ordered delivery at 5 and ID was confirmed. notified twice that order was processed and awaiting delivery. Text them at 8:50 realizing they are gonna no call no show....out of bud now and never was contacted back....

Weed is very high quality but if you aren’t careful you will get bamboozled. Bought a 5 pack of prerolls today for $25 before tax and expected them to be about .7g each but instead they were only .3g each so only 1.5g in total.

Ordered online, they said it was ready, got there told them I was there. Then proceeded to watch them Serve 8 other people that pulled in after me. Left. Will never go there again

Very nice facility! Very professional staff! But the best part is their product! OMG! Best flower I've gotten in Michigan. Best eats, concentrates, ect. So many places don't even have RSO oil. Immediate relief, and you just eat it! There's is amazing! Patient for life! Thanks guys!
