Placed an order online for curbside pickup. Drove an hour to the store. Was told to come inside, that they don’t do curbside. Then was told they only use one register. So basically just wasted time trying to do it the right way. Don’t plan on anything going smoothly. Plan on spending an hour in lines and lobby. Poorly managed

What is the point of a curbside service when it takes 30 minutes to pay & get your merchandise?? I ordered 2 items. 2 other curbside guests have come & gone while I have sat here. Waiting for my stuff.

A great place, though, I find the delivery process is confusing. It says Closed ( open for delivery ). I placed an order since it said open for delivery. It’s been an hour and I have yet to be updated as to when to expect it? Kind of frustrating when you wanna plan out your day and need to know when to be home...
