They treat older customers poorly. They will not employ anybody older because it doesn't fit their customer demographics. Their product is subpar. Ever since I went to Compassionate Care, I haven't had any complaints. Lake effect is great too. Loom is terrible avoid if you can

This store is so nice! Kept clean and the staff is always cheerful and quick to help. The productis always on point and quite frankly AMAZING. They do a good job... I would recommend this place to anyone (over 21) haha.
P.S. they have deals almost all the time going on at all Lume(R) locations!
