First time to Lume I walked in and Kiem was there excited with a smile ready to help me out took me back being a first time customer he gave me a tour of what they had to offer! Kiem asked me great questions and found out what I liked and recommended my favorite strain, over all the environment and sale was comforting, knowledgeable, easy/quick, customer orientated!

Always a good experience when I come to this store. All employees are considerate and apply all discounts, mainly my medical marijuana discount. Never get treated rudely or feel judged when I go here for my prescription, unlike other stores with the same name. Will go out of my way to come back here.

There’s a Spanish guy with long hair and a lady with tatoo on the face….they both give customers fake names and make fun of customers all the time.
I never ever go there again period.
