I normally love this place because they seal up their containers very well but looks like they over charged me for the Mac 3.5 it says on the back with the QR code 25$ but charged me 35$ seems like I got over charged 10$ Proof is all in the pictures

Lume was the first dispo i went inside of and i was like a kid in a candy store. The staff was VERY FRIENDLY and helpful. Answered ALL of our questions. Plus we got a 10% discount. I highly recommend!! Will be back for sure!!

Lume is awesome! I love there deals and they have a pretty wide assortment of all kinds of cannabis products. On top of that they helped me out after I noticed that I didn't get the Wednesday discount, they fixed it right away and with no problems. Just a chill awesome place!
Ok update time. Well the cannabis is still really good quality the service seems to have gone down, still love the place but I have to keep asking for them to give the discounts they have and the new website doesn't tell you what is discounted or not like the old one so I can get tho most bang for my buck. Long story short, cannabis is still amazing need better service or at least set up the website like the old one, so when I drive from otsego to kzoo I can do it in one trip and not have to come back to get my discount

The shop is beautiful and the team was friendly! The flower I got was amazing, and I'll go back for it next time I'm in Kalamazoo for sure! It was called Blueberry Headband. My one critical comment would be that I wished the budtender took more time to let me browse, because I did feel a little rushed through shopping. They had a line out the door, so I can understand why though.

Great dispo! I always have great interactions with their staff who are always on top of it. One shining star who stood out was Mike!! He really makes me feel like a Valued Customer. He makes the best small talk. He has good vibes and a neon yellow vest. What more could you ask for?!
Sidenote: Is it a bit expensive? Yes, but show me a dispensary that isnt!

No way to communicate with delivery person, leaving me with no order. I have more issues with lume than any other dispensary on the area. Lume is too much of a stickler on the so called Marijuana regulatory rules. From no way of converting credit to cash or any ATM machines since the company has a no credit policy. I prefer to visit the other dispensaries in the area who are willing to work with me and my money.

Walking in it looked like an Apple store spotless the staff is awesome Nathan,Red,and Robert helped me twice now and I have not been disappointed can’t say enough about their product best I’ve had so far.....always searching for that ONE WEED that does it all though. Lol This place is a must if you want the best you can get!!!

So for a first time buyer its a smitch overwhelming, but they are every bit as excellent and exceptional as they promote. It was my fiancés birthday and she received a free pre-roll as a gift!! We bought the Cinderella X and I felt like a superhero lol I was ready to conquer the world!! When we walked out of there, we walked out with a little bit of everything and for a reasonable price!!! You guys added so much to my first experience in Michigan. Thank you!!!!!!
