Not sure about their flowers because I only use vapes, so this review is solely on their terrible in-house vapes - WHICH THEY WILL TRY TO CONVINCE YOU TO BUY INSTEAD OF KNOWN BRANDS. I spent about $200 here and 2 vape cartridges were jammed and when I called them to check about a refund for an unopened cartridge and the ones that were jammed, one of their apathetic staffs’ reply was to come down, but they can’t guarantee that I’ll get a refund. I won’t get my money back because I didn’t bother going down after that rude reply, but if I can save another consumer from wasting their money, I’ll be happy.

Their website is not accurate. I called once to put in an order (which their website says I could) they refused to take my order and was rather rude when I began to explain to them that the website says we can call in an order for curbside pickup. She simply said, well we don't. No apology for the misunderstanding or miscommunication. I arrive to the facility and ask for a strain the website says they have grams of. The employee there acted like I had asked for his hand in marriage and exclaimed that they don't have the strain and never did. I ask what grams ARE available and he says dead to my face with an attitude that they have no grams available, which the website said there were at least 3 strains available in a gram. He said without any sense of customer service that the website is wrong. The overall attitude I get from this place is that of pretentiousness. Their assortment of flower hasn't changed in 3 months and products are very limited. I'd rather buy marijuana off the street than go back to Lume.

But you're guys website re-design is not good by any means. You can no longer see accurate pricing or place pickup orders ahead of time online. This needs to change back.

I had to drive pretty far to go here but the product is excellent. I cant wait for your lowell location! I hope to see most of my favorite strains there too. Keep up the great work!

Spent 220 dollars for delivery. Driver was unable to follow very simple and clear directions to find my house. Tried multiple times to contact delivery driver. No response. Thirty minutes later, the driver selected my order as delivered. We called to verify address. On hold after 25 minutes, nobody answered. Theb, an automated message said that they'll deliver later tonight...hours later. 220 dollars, but they can't be bothered to call the customer In order to find the house that google maps has clearly labelled. Incredibly unprofessional. They're definitely getting high on their own supply. They offered a measily laughable and pathetic 5 percent discount on my NEXT order. An absolute disaster of a delivery service.

If this was a 25 dollar pizza, I wouldn't be upset about it. But it's 220 dollars worth of pot. Use your cell phones to contact your customers if you literally have no idea how google maps works.

Kind people but we sat in the designated, Curb side Pickup area for 5 minutes waiting for as it turns out one of the guys standing outside the door to come over. I actually approached them first. I visited an Lume in Mackinaw City and they were on point so I was a bit surprised. Good people at both locations.

High quality, decent prices considering the market. Feels like the Apple store of weed, in a good way. Their 'store brand' vape pen cartridges are the least expensive I've found in the area, coming in around $40 each versus $60+ for other brands.

So let me start by saying the bud tender did direct me to the wrong product that i ended up purchasing. With that being said I am definitely still leaving a 5 star review. The guy i worked with was super nice and handled the fact that i was in a HUGE hurry really well. The staff is newer so they just need to memorize the menu more, which every customer needs to keep in mind a place like Lume probably has a contant changing menu with how busy they are. If they are busy the entire day like i saw in the 10 minutes i was there then it wouldnt even be possible to have time to memorize the changing menu throughout the day. The whole staff was amazingly fast for how incredibly busy they were with mostly first time customers. The security was very present, friendly and helpful.....although we did miscommunicate about whether there was an ATM or not. Which i really wish there was an ATM there. A lot of us old school cats are not used to paying anything but cash and arent all that comfortable having a charge on our bank accounts from a weed shop when it isnt federally legal yet. Other than that its a great locations, very clean and the entire staff was looking and sounding very professional and friendly. Kudos to Lume for setting the standard so high in an industry that still has a lot of shops with trap house vibes. When i called about the mistake made on my order they were very helpful and amazing. Will be back for sure, especially with such fair prices for rec.

Wonderful experience. Finally became rec yesterday (6/6/2020) and the process to order, pay, and acquire was incredibly simple and fast. Arrived, hopped into the store, checked in, then picked up the goods!

High quality cannabis at a VERY affordable price. I had been waiting months for them to open for recreational sales and boy, it was definitely worth the wait. Can't wait to try more things in the future. Prerolls in the picture are Blueberry Crumble and Glueberry. Excellent product!
