Staff is great! Place is clean. New Website however is terrible ! Won’t let you check out or do curbside service. I would have given 5 stars had their website done it’s job.

however, I just got great service from Akalya, who was not only very helpful, but extremely knowledgeable of the products, so much so that i got more then i came for! great job on the new staff!

It is a good place to go as long as you get all the grams in your container. I like to weigh my grams out too when I get home. They not the only ones with a scale. I wish I can see my weight before I purchase because I have been missing several .05 from my bottle verse a 1/8 gram that's equals to 3.5 grams. All I get is 3 grams. I don't have to wonder where it went. All I know somebody employees got a free bud stash stockpile. Mathematics

Order was wrong!!! ALSO a quarter i paid for didn’t make it in to bag possibly in to someone else’s pocket. To make it even worse that quarter was the whole reason i went there originally wanting a ounce of it. I had such a great experience here the first time i went. Smh

Offers great products but unfortunately has VERY RUDE female staff answering phones and inquiries by potential customers. (i.e. no greeting, short answers, terse tone as if frustrated by simple questions, etc) The online system is constantly down or the deals promised on their website are not applied at checkout. I have also had instances during curbside in which I did not receive my change, my debit card, or my ID when product was delivered.

Great selection and great prices! We send all of our friends to Lume when we hear they are heading out that way in Michigan! We actually came here and a couple weeks later went to Colorado and the flower in Colorado could not compare to lume’s flower! Highly recommend Lume for all of your cannabis needs!

Love the product but the pick-up process is ridiculous. We ordered online for curbside pickup and was messaged that our order was ready. So when we get there they have us waiting over an hour and some people who got there after us were helped first. So we left and went to Kkind and were in and out in 5 minutes flat.

Very nice place. Clean, good service and a decent selection. My only complaint is that recreational prices are a little high but that's at all stores not just this one, and they do have deals and specials that they run too so there are ways to enjoy without paying a 50% mark up from the prices we've all gotten used to on the private market.

I've spent thousands here since september and still only get 50% of workers there being friendly. Dominique for example on drawer 5 at 4:08pm today (skinny blonde kid) decided to snatch my money and slam my order down in front of my face, me already being slightly anxious with anxiety. Very uncomfortable, and unwelcoming (feel) goin inside this place.
