1 star until they figure out the web page. Can't place order online, so I couldn't do curb pickup.Prices online are different than in store. If they fix the online webpage, I'll revisit my rate.

The place has a very friendly staff now. When I first posted review, I had two bad experiences with customer service. Not a problem anymore.
The product comes in labeled pre packaged containers with premium buds, not shake.
Still having problems with the online ordering, but has been improved significantly.
5 stars once the online webpage is straightened out.

Nice place, friendly staff, like almost all the dispensaries in the southern 3rd of our state, High priced. Elite in the Jackson area has great prices and good product. Hit Dank in Traverse City for really good deals.

Enjoyed my experiences each time! My favorite employee is Mike, he’s super funny. Last time I went in Cody(?) helped me answered all my questions with suggestions. John from the UP rang me up, doubled checked me items, sent us away with a smile. 4/5 stars bc pricey

Great place, friendly staff. Bought a preroll that wasn't packed well and immediately started running down the entire side as soon as it was lit...but the quality of the flower was good.
Word of advice, if you aren't ready for 5 or 6 emails a day about promotions don't give them your email. You WILL be spammed relentlessly.

Lume needs to have more reliable delivery machines and options. I placed an order for delivery and have the funds in my account to be able to pay for my delivery. Because their machines weren’t able to process my card and they can’t enter my card info manually, I wasn’t able to receive my order. Giant waste of time!
