My first experience in this dispensary was fantastic! The atmosphere is welcoming and professional but not intimidating. Everyone who worked here was very friendly, and Fox was a very knowledgeable and thorough guide. The selection is amazing for this area and so are the prices.

I've been here before and loved my first experience, but this second time around it was a very frustrating experience. With not being from the area I've used my med card before and haven't had to have it printed, which I was totally good to go do and I did! But when I came back they said I have no order under my name, but the first employee said it was my med card that was holding me from getting my order. The one employee giving us our order didn't seem pleased to help me and when she finally got my order she dropped it off by basically throwing it in the car and it makes me not want to come back. Other than this I had a great experience with 2 employees and 1 not so great

I went here for the first time yesterday that was my first time going into a dispensary the experience was amazing one of the workers there Fox showd us the best customer service I ever had he was very informative educational and very helpful and I've never had an experience like that before that worker deserves a raise Fox is amazing thank you for helping us Out fox

Prices were good but the pickup process was confusing for a first time customer. The sign wasn't clear whether to park or to wait in a line and when I was finally directed to what to do, it was done quite rudely. My biggest complaint was the payment process. The website states cash or debit card and when I went to use my debit card I was informed they treat it as an ATM, which comes with a $3.50 fee. This was not disclosed during checkout online and I find this practice deceitful. Please be more upfront at the time of purchase.
