This was a first experience in buying recreational edibles since the recent change in state laws. My two companions were the purchasers/consumers; I was merely along for the ride-both literally and figuratively. My buddies were pleased with the ease of use of the online ordering interface and the vast range of choices...the only difficulty they had was narrowing their choices down to fit the chosen budget. We drove to the curbside pickup area (only those with medical prescriptions may enter to pick up their orders. A call to the phone number listed in front of our stall brought out a shop runner who checked our order, took our payment (cash-only) and brought our purchases out in a discreet waterproof zip-seal pouch. I was pleased with the smooth process from ordering to pickup...
...and although I did not try any of the sampling my pals chose, I could tell just how much they enjoyed the whole experience. Excellent company...I can recommend it to anyone requiring their products.

First recreational dispensary I’ve been to. Drove to the one in Evart from GR. The bud is fantastic. I did feel a bit rushed from the staff, but they were pretty busy so I understand that. Prices on the higher side, but I’d rather pay a little more knowing that I’m getting a well grown, high quality product. All of their packaging is recyclable too which is awesome.

The Lume Cannabis Co. seems very professional. Eager for them to open a location closer to GR. I will most likely be back until something opens closer.

I came today to get my preorder via curbside. I have to do that now since you have been busier due to recreational. I have PTSD and large crowds cause me too much anxiety. I called and told the woman I had a preorder for curbside pick up. She said they were really busy and asked if I could come in. I explained why I couldn't and she said that they might not get to me. I waited in my car and called a bit later to explain again I can't come in. She said they probably won't be able to get to me today. I canceled my order and went somewhere else. I have loved your store since you opened. Up to now everyone there has been amazing and nice but after being made to feel "inconvenient" with my PTSD issues I will be coming in on Monday to have myself removed from your computer.

Can't keep a consistent price. Changed price of strains 3 times in the course of 45 minutes. From the time I was in the lobby to checkout they had increased the price. I was told their internal billboard is not an accurate representation.

(Edit: After calling them back they honored the deal and apologized profusely and still gave us the bud. Still wasn't very happy about driving over an hour just for an eighth. They also gave us a better percent off for the misshap.) Called ahead to ask about the buy one 1/8 get one free. Drove an hour out of my way just for this deal. When my wife went in to purchase her flower she asked 3 separate people about the deal and they all said it was buy one 1/8 get an 1/8 free. They were very clear on that. You're not allowed to open your bag until you get home so imagine my surprise when my wife opens her bag to find one 1/8 and a .7 preroll and that's it. They ripped her off HARD and we will never be going back to this one. It's a shame because she was excited about switching to this one even though it's out of the way.

Very nice experience! It was my 1st trip there. The girl who helped me was super polite and made me feel very comfortable.

My friends were actually the ones who went in but it has a nice looking building on the outside and the staff who were working outside seemed very helpful, very nice and very knowledgeable.

Super friendly staff very helpful and knowledgeable and if you're lucky enough to get Sam you'll always be in good hands she is awesome!
